What we collect, and why
- The waiting list. Your email address, the profile you choose and, if you write one, your message. They are used to let you know when we open, to understand what you expect from the project, and to reply to you. We process them because you consent by submitting the form.
- Running the site. Your IP address and technical connection data are processed by our host to display the page and block abuse. We do not keep your IP address in clear text.
- Audience measurement. Anonymous visit counts, with no cookie and no tracking from one site to another.
Nothing else: no account, no payment, no advertising profile.
Who has access to it
IRNESS, and no one else. Your data is not sold, rented or used for advertising. Two technical providers process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, database, site protection) and Hostinger (email). As Cloudflare is a US company, transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Until you ask to be removed, and at most three years after you sign up.
How it is protected
The connection to the site is encrypted. Access to the data is restricted to the publisher and protected by two-factor authentication.
Your rights
At any time you can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, retrieve it, and withdraw your consent. Just write to contact@irness.com: we reply within one month.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr.
Intellectual property and governing law
The texts, the layout, the animations and the IRNESS™ signature are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
